FREE FIELD TO TABLE EVENT
Vermont Fish and Wildlife and The Machia Wilderness Camp are sponsoring an all-day event to demonstrate how to take a deer from the field and process it and prepare it for the table. We will Cover field dressing, how to quarter the animal and then break the quarters down for consumption. September 29th starting at 08:00 located at 660 Bebee Hill Road in Milton, Vermont.
This is a rain or shine event, come dressed for the weather and bring a chair. The Macha Camp is opening their building and offering baked goods, lunch items, Hot Coffee, Hot Chocolate and will have hunting and outdoor related items for sale. If you have hunting related items that you or your kids have outgrown and would like to donate to the camp feel free to reach out to the Machia Camp staff at MachiaCamp@gmail.com
